What Does this liver Test Result Mean?

Hi, I got my liver tests back with the results as Gamma GT = 29, ALT = 24 and AST = 35. Are these looks normal? I read somewhere that AST/ALT ratio 2 is not good and but mine is 1.45. Please let me know what is the take away from these test results. Thanks
